Nik and Scott opened The Healthy Gym in 2013, with the hopes of providing their community with an alternate to the gyms and fitness facilities that were available. While others were focusing on the latest trends and quick-results programs, these two put their passion into providing their clients with experience, education and efficacious methods, which would help anyone achieve their performance and body composition goals, without compromising long term health.

With a growing number of fitness facilities and media outlets promising better results in less time, not paying attention to balance, Nik and Scott knew they had to create a setting where the basic tenets of health and wellness were always the focus, before anyone could try to achieve a high level of success. Since the gym's outset, their resolve to provide the best service possible has only continued to grow stronger.

Whether it's an athlete preparing for an event, or a retired grandmother wanting to spend more time playing with her grandchild, Nik and Scott are able to create programs that are both safe and effective, while respecting the realities and timelines for each client, using their combined expertise, in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle, movement and training, through methods that are proven scientifically and/or through their own personal experience. They offer a number of services that will help guide anyone who is motivated to get to the next level!
