One-on-one training follows the same principles we use in our Group Strength Class, but in a more personalized setting. We can also include nutritional support for those who need help modifying their lifestyle habits.

In addition, we are able to help athletes of any age prepare more specifically for their sport. We have helped athletes achieve a higher level of performance in the following sports:

IMPORTANT NOTE We are strong believers in basic fundamental habits for anyone who is interested in long term success. Therefore, we begin with recommending and implementing simple, but effective, training, nutrition and lifestyle habits, which compliment each client's current level of performance, and health. We DO NOT recommend exercises, diets, or lifestyle practices outside of one's current abilities or lifestyle realities, since we are determined to set our clients up for long term success, avoiding unnecessary stress and negative outcomes.

This is especially true when working with young athletes. While we attempt to improve their performance as quickly as possible, using the safest, most consistent, experience-backed techniques, exercises and nutritional strategies available for boys or girls, who are still developing, we never compromise emotional, psychological or physical health. Fad diets, rapid weight loss (or gain) and training at intensities and volumes over and above what is necessary, or what someone’s ability and constitution can adapt to, in order to compete with others in the industry and fanatical coaches, should never supersede the long term health and development of a client.

How it works Depending on your goals, we will set up a time to assess your current physical abilities and capacities, and discuss your specific needs, allowing us to build a program specific to your needs. If you wish to work on your nutrition as well, we will evaluate your current intake with an in-depth questionnaire and consultation. Wondering how any of this could affect a chronic or acute illness or injury that you are currently experiencing? We will work with both you and any health care provider, doctor or therapist (as long as they are willing) to ensure we are doing everything possible to achieve all the benefits without any harm.
