Nikolas Stojsavljevich
From a very early age, Nikolas has been passionate of how both nutrition and exercise affect the human body, using all the knowledge he could obtain improve his performance. After completing a general degree in Community Health, he began working with a wider demographic, helping them achieve their goals in health, performance and wellness. After some time, he realized that the solution to most problems was the application of core principles to each individual’s unique situation. However, to ensure he was coming to the correct conclusions, Nikolas decided to achieve his Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition, putting his beliefs and practices to the test.
Whether he is working with individuals trying to achieve more permanent energy, weigh loss and general health, or someone trying to gain a higher level of performance without pain, Nik's primary goal is to provide a safe, long lasting solution that is both practical and realistic.
Finally, because of his experience examining his clients’ nutrition, internal chemistry and dealing with individuals afflicted by injury, Nikolas is able to work closely with other health care professionals (e.g., general practitioners, chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopaths, etc) in order to make sure his recommendations work harmoniously with everybody involved in his clients' well-being.

In addition, due to the fact that we are all individuals, and what works for one person may cause harm to another, we will start you where you are. It is my goal for you to step forward and take your health into your own hands. We will use an interdisciplinary approach to help find a maintainable and enjoyable strategy.
